After Care

The WCA After Care program gives your child the opportunity to decompress and unwind after a long day at school. For this program, a safe, spacious classroom and outdoor area is provided for your child to enjoy. Along with experiencing fun and educational activities that are planned with the students’ interests in mind, our After Care teachers will also assist your child with getting their homework assignments completed. Even though the school day is over, learning and social development are continued at World Class Academy.

After Care starts with some time outside for your child to relax and stretch after their school day. Our campus provides a playground area, a basketball court, and a fenced-in large open field for the children to play group/team sports or just simply run, jump, and have fun. During camp weeks, the pool is made available for the students to go swimming. Following outdoor play is snacktime, homework, and indoor activities. In the classroom there are toys, board games, art supplies, books, and magazines for your child to utilize. When appropriate, sometimes we bring in a TV for movie time, music appreciation, or science shows.

In addition to providing after school care, your child can come join us for days when their school is closed including Winter break, Spring break, and Summer break. Please schedule a visit, we’d love to meet you and show you what we can provide for your child.
